You’ve probably seen it, but the new H3 Hummer commercials, made by Modernista!, has been killing on the small screen. The commercials all star Belgian comedian Chris Van den Dorpel as “Daniel Chesterfield,” a character modeled on magician and illusionist David Copperfield, says Adweek.
Beginning August 4 through August 31, McDonalds will be giving away one free Hummer toys (out of 8 styles available) along with their Happy Meal and Mighty Kids Pack.
Finally, I remembered that Youtube.com has a ton of commercials on it, and after a brief search, found that minute-long fantastic commercial with the Three Bears. It’s one of the best commercials out there, funny and cool at the same time. Check it out below:
I was watching college football (Ole Miss versus Memphis) when I saw the first H3 commercial this year.
In the commercial, three bears check out a suburban home’s 3 garages. The first bear opens a garage to find an H1, the second bear finds an H2 in the second garage, and the third bear finds — Nothing!
In past commercials, Hummer has advertised its vehicles with a spot about a kid who builds a Hummer-like soapbox derby car and cheats to win a downhill race and another showing the big, boxy SUV parallel parking on a city street.
