Obviously a conman going around scamming women he meets on the Internet is not a good thing, but it’s kind of interesting to note that the conman used, among other things, a Hummer to convince the women that “he had it all”. Who knew having a Hummer automatically translates into “having it all”?

The tiny Nation-State of Qatar and all of its 800,000 and change population is getting their very own GM Hummer base. So what exactly is a “Hummer base”? The Peninsula On-line answers:

Inside Line has the inside scoop that the 2008 Hummer H2 is going to get “updated” i.e. changes are afoot!

Hummer general manager Susan Docherty would not give specifics on the H2′s makeover. The 2006 full-size SUV is powered by a 6.0-liter V8 that makes 325 horsepower and 365 pound-feet of torque.
You’ve probably seen it, but the new H3 Hummer commercials, made by Modernista!, has been killing on the small screen. The commercials all star Belgian comedian Chris Van den Dorpel as “Daniel Chesterfield,” a character modeled on magician and illusionist David Copperfield, says Adweek.

Beginning August 4 through August 31, McDonalds will be giving away one free Hummer toys (out of 8 styles available) along with their Happy Meal and Mighty Kids Pack.

Well we know it had to happen sooner or later, and now it’s finally happened — the Hummers are invading the British!
GM’s Hummer line will make their UK debut at the British International Motor Show at London’s ExceL, with a display featuring the legendary Hummer H2 and the smaller Hummer H3. Both, of course, will come with right-hand drive during 2007 for the Brits, who as we all know, drives on the wrong side of the road.
