Hummer Plans 4×4 Version Exclusively for UK
Brits, rejoice! There’s a new Hummer model line about to arrive just for you.
According to the Sun News Online, Hummer is planning to launch a small, right-hand-drive off-roader for the UK, and sales of the H3 are expected to start in spring 2007, with a diesel-powered version expected in 2008.
From launch, the H3 will be powered by a 220bhp 3.5-litre petrol engine, which has an average fuel economy of 20mpg, but Hummer is also evaluating three or four diesel engines for the car to counter the car’s hefty 2100kg weight.
Hey, just because the Brits drive on the wrong side of the road, doesn’t mean they should be excluded from the power of the Hummer, right?
