The 2008 Hummer H2 Gets an Off-Road Upgrade
Inside Line knows what’s going to be included, upgraded, and downgraded in GM’s upcoming 2008 line of the Hummer 2, to be released in 2007.
According to Inside Line, the 2008 version of the H2 “will get a midcycle enhancement that includes an updated interior and an engine upgrade.”
This upgrade is due, according to Hummer general manager Susan Docherty, because in a recent survey 36% of Hummer owners stated that they plan to take their Hummers off-roading, a 26% increase from the 10% that GM originally thought.
What this means to you, the Hummer consumer, is that GM plans on gearing its future Hummers toward the serious off-roaders.
