Qatar Gets Its Own Hummer Base
The tiny Nation-State of Qatar and all of its 800,000 and change population is getting their very own GM Hummer base. So what exactly is a “Hummer base”? The Peninsula On-line answers:
Hummer Base is a community group of Hummer owners, who distinguish themselves from other vehicle owners. Invitations were sent to Hummer owners in Qatar to attend a special presentation at Sealine Beach Resort on Hummer Base. Besides meeting each other and exchanging views on the formation of Hummer Base, Hummer owners were most eager to go off-road collectively.
